Dear Marg,Neil,Sam,Andy&Charlie,
Wishing “yuall” avery Happy ,Prosperous and cancer free,staying less in hospital times, and more family togetherness at home times in 2010!!! What a beautiful gift from Sam’s classmates,teachers and principal! (“The pen is mightier than the sword!”) So very happy to hear about the beautiful, “game playing” days in the park and on the beach! also, hearing about the the trips to movies and museums and most of all the play dates for Sam, Andy and Charlie! I’m sending a New years box full of “Texas hats” and forgotten books” I know “yuall” have been watching many “Bowl games” and the big pro games (with the Chargers in the playoffs);but don’t forget the big game on the 7th between Texas and Alabama! Also, enjoy these last 4 days of Cristmas until “Dia de los Reyes” on the 6th & tell the boys about “the original gift givers” and their special gifts) I wish Sam and Andy a great reentry into school, Monday, and most of all!! I’m crying too – what a wonderful gift from his classmates and teachers. He is an amazing boy, and all of you – Sam, Mom, Dad, Andy and Charlie have done a terrific job of fighting back the disease. Not a day goes by that someone doesn’t ask- “how’s Sam?
There are people all over this country and other places praying for his victory over the evil disease. May 2010 be the year when all of you can be free of cancer that has been in your lives for five years now!
May the remarkable fighter Sam win the battle – no more hospitals or medicine – just pure boy growing – playing and living life to the fullest! Have a Blessed Year!

I’m so glad you liked that gift… I had a chance to ‘preview’ it and was in tears. Ms. O is soo awesome, so are all the kids. It’s beautiful how much they love and worry about Sam. We all love you guys so much, and would do aything to take away all your worry and pain. I am praying for an amazing 2010 for all of you and us. And, for clean scans… More carefree days on the beach, alot of school days without hospital visits, more soccer, basketball, and tennis camp… And mostly… Sam – cancer free.
